Elizabeth Eichelberger Elementary School first graders celebrated the 101st day of school on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. The celebration was themed around the movie, 101 Dalmatians. During the STEM rotations, students designed and built dog houses and parks. Students also had fun building a tower using 101 cups.
Student scientists at Elizabeth Eichelberger Elementary School had fun displaying their creative ideas at this year’s Science Fair on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Students in kindergarten through second grade were encouraged to research a topic of interest and demonstrate what they have learned. Third through fifth grade students were encouraged to use the Scientific Method to demonstrate an experiment and show their results and conclusions.
Look it’s “Jake from State Farm” making his debut at Elizabeth Eichelberger ES. Fourth graders in Nicole Kurtovich’s class recently had the option to complete a “Turkey in Disguise” family project before Thanksgiving break. One of her students chose to disguise her turkey as “Jake from State Farm.” Kurtovich shared the drawing with State Farm headquarters and soon after her students received their own bobblehead.

Elizabeth Eichelberger Elementary School students visited Denali National Park and learned about wonder. The teachers and students also had a dance off. This is all part of the school’s Boosterthon. The school will wrap up their efforts with a Fun Run on Friday, September 9, 2022.
